I was told by DI that zeros did not need to be entered into each cell of the lund browder chart and now my data is not showing properly in the benchmarking report.

For a patient that has a 1% partial thickness head burn, this would mean entering 37 zeros into the remailing empty cells.

Is everyone entering all of these zeros into the LB chart in TRACS?

We do not enter all the zeros because it makes it difficult for us to verify numbers, and makes it easier to make mistakes as all the zeros can be visually distracting. We do make sure we have at least one number in both the 2nd and 3rd degree columns so that calculations take place, and sometimes this means entering a zero into one or the other column.
