Ronda, you have to select the "list as" data element in order to have your data sort out in columns for example your ICD 9 codes. You also have to remove the "_as_text" when choosing the elements from the list in report writer. I know this probably isn't very clear but I use them all the time. You can call DI and they can walk you through it.

In a Data Table Report under the General Tab you will see several options. Select CSV, Include Column Headings, and Launch Excel. This will bring up your report in an Excel format. If you have any questions you may contact our support line at support@dicorp.com.
